There is only a single TV in this home and the signal was intermittent. This issues was becoming increasingly irritating so evidently called Alan from Tailor Made Installs. Alan came and diagnosed the problem causing the intermittent signal, which was the external cable from the antenna, Iver the Yearsm it has become brittle and water had inflitrated causing the issues. new extrnal cable were duly installed in conjunction with a singla amplifier, to facilitate additing an additional TV in due course. This company were very professional, explaining in simple language - the fix and cost!

My outdoor aerial was having signal problems and was not properly fit to the wall. After seeing Tailor Made Installs recommended a lot of Facebook, I asked for a quote online. He got back to me promptly and gave me multiple choices of what I could do, so I decided to get a new aerial. I'm so glad I did, as he resolved all the signal issues and even removed an old sky satellite/broken aerial all at a reasonable price! I highly recommend him.

Alan was so helpful. I thought I would need my aerial sorting out on the roof and new cabling and socket put in, he saw I had a satellite dish and suggested a Freesat box instead as it would be a much cheaper option as I retired 18 mths ago. He talked me through how it worked and any problems he would come and help sort it out, which wasn't necessary as I managed. Alan could quite easily have come round and done the aerial and cable like I asked and taken the money like so many companies out there but he didn't. I would highly recommend Alan to anyone knowing he won't try to rip people off and will do what he can to help. Thank you so much Alan.

I asked if anybody knew someone local to fit a TV aerial in my read facebook group. Alan replied straight away. We also spoke the next say. He said he could come and access what's needed to be done and give me a price. He came out an hour later and did the job there and then. He made my elderly neighbour very happy! I would recommend Alan to anyone and will be calling him to do some work for me too.
