I contacted Alan Wickes as he was highly recommended on Which Local. I was not disappointed he arrived on time to survey my aerial needs. We discussed the options and Alan was open with me about my options and clearly did not want to simply sell me the most expensive kit, he wanted to ensure I was buying what I wanted. We agreed what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable as far as I am concerned. Before crossing my threshold, he put plastic shoe covers on his shoes to prevent bringing any dirt into the house. This impressed me immediately. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Alan has just sorted out a series of problems I've had for over 8 months with reception in the kitchen and the Sky signal. He was efficient, friendly and explained everything clearly - including any additional work required. He even hovered up! His prices are very reasonable as well. It's a family business - a great find - I know I'll use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Alan is a really pleasant guy who did an excellent job for a fair price. I would recommend him highly. He did a lot more than I hoped for. I called him out because our television reception was so appalling, which I knew was probably due to old fittings, bad connections and/or faulty cables. He not only completely rectified this problem, without trying to sell us things we didn't actually need, as some unscrupulous firms do, but did a few other simple things which have greatly improved our viewing experience. He clearly explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I would definitely use his service again if I ever needed it.

I had been looking for a proper Ariel installer for a while as I needed someone to handle a very complex job, (6 aerials + satellite hook ups. What a super chap, nothing was too much trouble; I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Also he was very reasonably priced compared to 2 other local installers.

As a result of previous recommendations, I contacted Alan who gave me an immediate quote, came two days later to connect our existing dish to a new PVR/Set Top Box, ran a further aerial cable across the roof and gave a helpful lesson in the use of the equipment. All in all, first class service at a very competitive price.

Alan is a real find. His estimate was spot on and very detailed and reasonable. He had solutions to every problem we had and designed an installation which was as efficient as it was discreet. I have seldom seen such a tidy workforce both inside and out. His advice was always constructive and I have no hesitation in recommending his service. He is also a very nice bloke!

Alan set up our tv system including 5 telly, sky box etc. It was a very complicated job which took a great deal of patience & skill. He did a brilliant job which left me & the Wife nothing short of delighted. Highly recommended. Top Jockey.
