I asked if anybody knew someone local to fit a TV aerial in my aread facebook group. Alan replied straight away. We also spoke the next say. He said he could come and access what's needed to be done and give me a price. He came out an hour later and did the job there and then. He made my elderly neighbour very happy! I would recommend Alan to anyone and will be calling him to do some work for me too
We were very happy with the level of service received. Alan was friendly and helpful, and explained the problem in depth, giving suggestions and advice. Absolutely sterling work from Alan. Three different engineers visited my property in the first year that I moved in and were adamant that they could not assist with fitting a sky satellite dish because I had render. I had queried a dish elsewhere with all and they said it was not possible. I was therefore stuck with a different TV provider for 2 years which was rubbish. Alan fitted the sky satellite dish to my shed and very neatly ran the cabling down the side of the house, up the wall. Sky later came and installed my sky boxes which work perfectly. Alan is a hidden gem in Caterham! Thank you so much Alan.

Due to a fault, it looked like we would not have sky television over the xmas period as it would have taken a sky engineer nearly a month for an apponitment. Based on excellent reviews, and preferring to deal with locally, I telephoned Tailor Made Installs and Alan giave me some very useful information over the phone. I decided to ask him to fix the fault. He completed the job the next day. He is totally trustworthy, professional and very knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
